Capital Markets Staff Attorney

We are seeking recent law school graduates to join our Capital Markets practice as Staff Attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in structured finance, working with sophisticated clients on securitization and structured product transactions.

Roles are available across multiple U.S. offices (including New York, Charlotte, and Washington, D.C.), and we welcome candidates who have prior experience or a strong interest in these practice areas.

• J.D. from an accredited law school (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (or ability to become admitted promptly)
• Experience or demonstrated interest in securitization, structured finance, or structured products
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, multi-office team environment
