We are seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys to join our growing practice groups in our Buffalo office.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex matters in areas including commercial litigation, general liability, product liability, employment, cyber security, toxic tort, and others. Candidates will be part of a team devoted to delivering superior client service and fostering long-lasting professional relationships.
Ideal candidates are team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, strong academic backgrounds, proven research abilities, and the capacity to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and case management.
- Conduct legal research and analysis, and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
- Provide timely and accurate legal advice and updates.

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in New York.
- Minimum of three years of experience in litigation, ideally in commercial, general liability, product liability, employment, cyber security, toxic tort, or related areas.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Trial experience preferred, but not required.
