We are seeking a mid-level associate to join a leading commercial litigation practice in Luxembourg. The team represents clients in high-stakes business disputes across a broad range of industries, handling matters such as contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, business torts, antitrust litigation, and intellectual property disputes.

The role spans all phases of litigation — from pre-litigation counseling and strategic planning through trial and appellate proceedings — with a strong emphasis on court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution. You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, gaining substantial responsibility and direct client exposure.

3–5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
Experience handling complex legal matters with limited supervision
Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluency in French and English preferred; additional languages an asset
Interest in mentoring and supporting junior lawyers
