Growing national law firm seeks a commercial litigation associate to join its Reno litigation team. The role focuses on civil commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts, with opportunities for courtroom exposure, depositions and client-facing work.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of litigation experience, strong research and drafting abilities, and the ability to manage assignments with limited supervision. The team offers mentorship, professional development and a collaborative environment.

At least 3 years of civil commercial litigation experience.
Admission to practice in Nevada required.
Strong litigation drafting, research and oral advocacy skills.
Experience in California or Nevada practice preferred; prior clerkships and ESI/e-discovery experience desirable.
Trial experience a plus; must be a self-starter and team player.
