Real Estate Associate - Reno

Join a national full-service law firm’s Real Estate practice in the Reno office as an associate handling a broad commercial real estate docket. Work will include real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, land use and zoning matters, and commercial leasing.

The role requires independent management of complex transactions, collaborating with deal teams and local stakeholders. The office offers a mix of transactional and land-use work for attorneys seeking expanded responsibility in a growing market.

Estimated salary range for this role in Reno is $220,000 - $325,000 (USD) per year.

• 3-5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience, including acquisitions/dispositions, development, leasing, and land use/zoning
• Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex real estate transactions independently
• Active Nevada bar license or eligible and willing to sit for the Nevada bar
• Strong academic record, excellent written and oral communication skills
