A leading law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Finance practice in Los Angeles. The practice represents institutional lenders, investment managers, hedge funds and financial institutions in complex commercial real estate finance transactions nationwide.

The work is lender-focused and transaction-driven, covering senior mortgage and mezzanine financings, bridge and construction loans, preferred equity investments, loan portfolio acquisitions and sales, and structured secondary market transactions. The team also advises on sophisticated restructurings and modifications involving both performing and distressed assets.

Mid-level associate (JD 2021–2024) with relevant law firm and transactional experience
Experience in commercial real estate finance, ideally lender-side
Familiarity with mortgage, mezzanine, bridge or construction financings

Admission to the California bar (or eligibility to obtain)
