We are seeking a commercial litigation lawyer for our Laval office. You will join a multidisciplinary team of six lawyers and legal professionals, handling commercial disputes and developing judicial activity for the office's clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Debt recovery
Unfair competition claims
Client/supplier disputes
Commercial leases
Insolvency proceedings
Shareholder disputes
Warranty of liabilities
