Commercial Litigation Partner — New York

Leading international law firm seeks an experienced commercial litigation partner to strengthen its disputes capability supporting private equity, M&A and fund-related matters. The role is opportunistic: the team will consider only exceptional, business-carrying candidates whose client base complements the firm’s industry strengths.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, cross-border litigation practice that works closely with corporate teams on complex transactional and post-closing disputes. Business development and client relationships are prioritized over pure origination volume.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation involving M&A, private equity or fund matters
• Proven track record of originating and managing complex disputes and working with corporate deal teams
• Strong client relationships and demonstrable business development capabilities
