Minimum 5 years' experience as a commercial property lawyer
Broad practice including acquisitions and divestments, development and leasing
Experience securing, negotiating, and documenting property rights (e.g. land acquisition, easements, potential compulsory acquisitions)
Experience dealing with landholders and titles
Ability to provide timely, commercial legal advice on complex real estate matters including leasing, development, construction, property management, and asset-related issues
Experience managing and resolving legal issues and engaging with tenants, contractors, and external stakeholders
Strong relationship-building skills with senior executives and internal stakeholders
Current Australian practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
