We are seeking experienced commercial property lawyers for flexible consulting and contract opportunities in Sydney. As a consultant, you will work on a range of complex real estate matters, including acquisitions and divestments, development, leasing, property management, and securing and documenting property rights.

You will provide timely, commercial legal advice, manage and resolve legal issues, and engage with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key internal stakeholders, working autonomously and prioritising effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial property law
Broad experience in acquisitions and divestments, development, and leasing
Experience in securing, negotiating, and documenting property rights (e.g., land acquisition, easements, compulsory acquisitions)
Experience dealing with landholders and titles
Ability to provide timely, commercial legal advice on complex real estate matters
Experience managing and resolving legal issues, including engagement with tenants, contractors, and external stakeholders
Strong relationship-building skills with senior executives and internal stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
Current Australian practising certificate
Right to live and work in Australia
