We are seeking an experienced front-end construction and projects lawyer to join a flexible legal resourcing platform serving top-tier clients in Sydney. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure and construction matters while enjoying greater control over how and when you work.

You will advise on the procurement and delivery of major projects, draft and negotiate construction contracts, and work closely with project, procurement, and commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle. Experience with large-scale rail, transport, energy, or renewables projects is highly valued.

Minimum 5 years' experience as a front-end construction lawyer
Demonstrated experience in construction, infrastructure, and major projects law
Familiarity with standard form construction contracts and procurement documentation
Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiating skills for construction and project delivery contracts
Experience advising government entities is highly regarded
Current practising certificate and right to work in Australia
Excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen
Ability to work autonomously and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
