A full-service AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join its Conflicts Department within the Office of General Counsel. This role focuses on reviewing and analyzing conflicts check reports for new matters, lateral attorney hires, and legal support staff hires, identifying potential conflicts issues and collaborating with attorneys and staff to resolve and clear them.

The position is supported by Aderant Expert software and carries no billable hour requirement. It is offered on a hybrid basis, with fully remote opportunities available.

Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in good standing with any state bar
At least three (3) years of experience as a Conflicts Attorney in a large law firm environment
At least one (1) year of cumulative experience conducting lateral hire conflicts checks preferred
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational and analytical abilities
High attention to detail, self-motivated, collaborative, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
Experience with Aderant Expert preferred but not required
