The role supports the firm's new-business intake and lateral hiring processes by identifying, analyzing, and resolving conflicts of interest across a broad client base and multiple practice areas.

The position works closely with firm management, practicing attorneys, and administrative teams to assess conflict issues, deliver practical guidance, and help maintain the firm's ethical and business-integrity standards. The role spans multiple offices and offers exposure to a wide range of matters and jurisdictions.

Legal qualification with experience in conflicts analysis, law-firm risk, or professional responsibility
Strong grasp of applicable rules of professional conduct and conflict-of-interest principles
Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and advise attorneys and staff at all levels
Experience in a multi-office or large-firm environment preferred
