Corporate Associate — Finance

Growing national corporate practice is seeking a finance associate to join its Corporate group from multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on finance transactions for financial institutions, private credit lenders and borrowers, and real estate financings.

Typical responsibilities include drafting loan, security and intercreditor documents, advising on covenant compliance, leading diligence teams and coordinating outside specialists. The firm offers a collaborative environment with a hybrid in-office expectation of roughly three days per week.

• 3–6 years' experience in corporate finance, financial institutions work, private credit or real estate finance transactions
• Proven experience drafting loan, security and intercreditor documentation
