Corporate Associate — M&A (Los Angeles)

Growing national corporate practice seeking a mid-level associate to join its Los Angeles corporate & securities team focusing on M&A and general transactional work. The role offers regular client-facing responsibility and the chance to work on sophisticated transactions across a range of industries.

The team handles buy- and sell-side M&A, complex transactional documentation and corporate governance matters. You will run deal teams, draft substantive documents, and manage matters from inception through closing while working closely with senior practitioners.

• 4-6 years' corporate transactional experience, with a primary focus on M&A at a national or large firm
• Admission to the California State Bar (or close to obtaining admission)
• Strong record from a top-tier law school and excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage deal processes and work collaboratively with clients and team members
