Top-tier US law firm is seeking a mid-level corporate associate for its M&A and capital markets practice. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and will handle sophisticated transactional work for corporate and private equity clients.

Successful candidates will work on mergers & acquisitions and/or capital markets and related securities matters, take a leading role in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, manage client interactions, and supervise junior associates. The position requires strong commercial judgement and the ability to handle a varied, deadline-driven deal load.

3–6 years of post-qualification transactional experience (private equity M&A and/or capital markets preferred)
Proven drafting and negotiation skills on transaction documents
Experience supervising junior associates and managing client relationships
Outstanding academic credentials and at least two years of relevant law firm experience
