Corporate Associate – M&A / Private Equity (Washington, DC)

A leading international law firm is seeking corporate associates to join its M&A and private equity teams in Washington, D.C. The role involves advising corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other similar transactions, along with general corporate matters.

Associates will take on significant responsibility and autonomy, including direct client contact and independent deal management. This is an excellent platform for entrepreneurial associates looking to build client relationships and manage matters with a high degree of independence.

The ideal candidate is driven, business-development oriented, and eager to handle complex transactions with substantial drafting and deal-management responsibilities.

• Law school class years 2020–2022 (or equivalent experience level)
• Significant experience handling M&A transactions
• Strong understanding of corporate law and market terms
