Corporate Associate — M&A & Transactional

Mid-level to senior associates are sought for a U.S.-wide corporate team with a busy transactional practice. The role will focus on M&A, general corporate transactions and corporate governance matters across multiple offices.

Successful candidates will join a deal-oriented team supporting cross-border and domestic transactions, advising corporate clients through all stages of the deal lifecycle. The position offers client-facing work, collaboration with deal teams, and opportunities to develop sector-specialist expertise.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or ability to obtain admission) to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Demonstrable transactional experience in M&A, corporate governance or related corporate work
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience with purchase agreements, ancillary documents, and governance materials
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively on deal teams, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
