• JD from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
• 2–5 years of corporate/M&A experience with a national or major law-firm background; AmLaw 100 experience preferred
• Proven experience drafting acquisition agreements and supporting deal negotiations for private and public company transactions
• Strong legal writing, research, organization, client communication, and teamwork skills
