Corporate Associate — Seattle

Seattle office seeking a mid-level corporate associate to work with technology and life sciences companies across their lifecycle. The role involves advising emerging growth clients and investors on equity financings, strategic transactions, and ongoing commercial counseling, often acting in an outside general counsel capacity.

The team handles matters across capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture-backed transactions. The position is collaborative and fast-paced, with regular client interaction and opportunities to work directly with management teams.

• 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience (capital markets, M&A, private equity, and/or venture capital).
• Experience representing emerging growth technology and life sciences companies and/or their investors.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment and demonstrates commercial judgment; genuine interest in technology or life sciences preferred.
