We are seeking a Junior or Mid-Level Attorney to join a market-leading Corporate team in Buenos Aires. This is an opportunity to work within the local practice of an international full-service firm on sophisticated, cross-border corporate matters.

The team is frequently retained by multinational companies to handle investments in Argentina, with a substantial portion of its work dedicated to cross-border transactions. Lawyers counsel clients on acquisitions of participating and controlling equity stakes, divestitures, corporate reorganizations, and due diligence on target companies. The practice also maintains a strong corporate governance offering, advising public and private companies on governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across the company life cycle.

At least 2 years of relevant experience for the Junior level; at least 4 years for the Mid-Level position
Fluency in English
Strong academic record and excellent technical skills
Experience with corporate matters such as company registration, drafting of minutes and corporate documents, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and corporate reorganizations
Commitment to client service and a collaborative, team-focused approach
Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in diverse teams
