National US finance group seeks 3–5 year associates to join leveraged/debt finance teams across multiple U.S. offices. The role will support a broad range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, sponsor-backed financings, asset-based facilities, high-yield and bridge financings, direct lending and distressed or restructuring matters.

Work will involve drafting and negotiating financing documentation, advising lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers, and collaborating on cross-border and complex, bespoke financings. The position requires in‑office availability and adherence to the firm’s employment policies.

Candidates should be admitted and in good standing to the bar of the state where they will practice.

3–5 years of finance/banking associate experience at a law firm
Strong leveraged finance or debt finance background (including sponsor/credit-side work)
Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated transactional experience
Admission to and good standing with the relevant state bar
Ability to work in person and collaborate on high‑intensity transactions
