Top-tier U.S. offices are seeking corporate finance associates to join a busy Finance & Banking team. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices, with particular hiring needs in New York and Washington, D.C.

Ideal candidates will have leveraged finance experience on the borrower side and/or fund finance experience. You will work on syndicated and asset-backed financings and related corporate work within a deal-focused practice group.

Associate level: classes of 2018–2023 (or equivalent experience)
Leveraged finance experience with emphasis on borrower-side representation
Fund finance experience a plus
Strong drafting and transactional skills; ability to manage deal work under tight timelines
