Corporate M&A Associate (Energy and Natural Resources) — London

An opening exists for a corporate M&A associate to join a collaborative, globally minded team in London, working within a corporate and finance practice group that handles the full range of corporate and M&A matters.

The role offers broad exposure to public and private M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings and complex commercial arrangements, covering both domestic UK and cross-border work. The team's client base spans numerous sectors, with particular focus on energy, natural resources and infrastructure.

This is an opportunity to take on project management responsibility and deliver to high quality standards, while working closely with clients and senior colleagues in a supportive environment that values training and development.

• Three to five years of post-qualification experience (or equivalent).
• Strong academic background, with a minimum 2.1 degree.
• Experience in the energy and natural resources sector, particularly oil & gas and infrastructure transactions.
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills.
• Outstanding technical ability and a strong understanding of legal principles within corporate M&A.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work effectively in a team.
