An international, sector-focused law firm is seeking a corporate associate to join its transactional group in London. The team advises private equity and infrastructure funds, as well as major public and private companies, on high-value, complex cross-border matters.

Work spans domestic and international M&A, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital, strategic projects and alliances, and general corporate and commercial advice, with a particular focus on energy (including renewables and energy transition), infrastructure and transport.

Associates gain exposure to a broad range of transactions and have the opportunity to develop deep sector expertise over time. The firm supports structured training, business development and client secondments, and operates a flexible and inclusive working culture.

Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction
Around 3–5 years' post-qualification experience in the corporate department of a City, international or leading regional law firm
Proven technical skills in corporate transactions, with the ability to operate autonomously
A hands-on, flexible approach to delivering high-quality client service; sector interest is beneficial but not essential
