A leading US law firm is seeking an experienced corporate partner with a background in the defense sector to join its growing corporate practice. This is a lateral partner opportunity open across multiple offices nationwide.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong corporate transactional practice and significant experience advising clients in the defense industry, including familiarity with government contracts and related regulatory considerations. The role offers a platform to serve sophisticated defense-sector clients across a range of corporate matters.

This is a partner-level position for an attorney with an established practice and the ability to contribute to the firm's corporate and government contracts capabilities.
