The role features a reduced billable-hour requirement and no expectations for business development, client origination, or firm management responsibilities, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality legal counsel, client service, and thought leadership in a fast-paced environment.
We are particularly interested in candidates located in New York, Boston, or the Washington, DC metropolitan area; however, the role may be based in any of our offices in North Carolina, South Carolina, Houston, Nashville, Atlanta, or Baltimore.
Qualifications:

- Substantial experience advising public companies on Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 matters, including: securities offerings and capital markets transactions; periodic reporting on Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K; proxy statements and annual shareholder meeting matters; Section 16 reporting and beneficial ownership compliance; corporate governance and board advisory matters.
- Excellent academic credentials, strong analytical abilities, and outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which you are located, or eligible to become licensed as soon as possible.
