Corporate Senior Associate, Corporate — New York

Top-tier international law firm is seeking a senior associate to join its New York corporate team. The role focuses on transactional work supporting clients across technology, government-facing and commercial sectors.

The successful candidate will handle deal execution, drafting and negotiation of transactional documentation, due diligence, and coordination with cross‑disciplinary teams. This is a hands‑on role with exposure to complex, high‑profile matters and opportunities for professional development within a broad corporate practice.

• 4–5 years of post‑JD transactional experience in a law firm corporate practice
• Track record on M&A, financings, joint ventures or similar corporate transactions; strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent academic credentials and active bar admission (or pending admission) in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work collaboratively with partners and practice groups, and communicate clearly with clients
