Corporate Transaction & Advisory Mid-Level Associate (M&A)

Our Corporate Transactions and Advisory group advises leading companies on public and private M&A, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, restructurings, and high-value commercial contracts, with a focus on complex, cross-border matters. We are seeking a mid-level associate with at least 3 years of M&A experience at a leading international law firm.

• Advise on public and private M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures under New York law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents and manage due diligence processes.
• Coordinate complex cross-border transactions across multiple practice areas and jurisdictions.

Experience in Latin America M&A transactions is highly valued.

• Professional fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
• Minimum of 3 years advising on M&A transactions at a leading international law firm.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
• Meaningful experience with public and private M&A, including acquisitions, disposals, and joint ventures under New York law.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and due diligence management skills.
• Experience coordinating complex cross-border matters and working across practice areas and jurisdictions.
