The team seeks an experienced, client-focused lawyer who produces high-quality drafting and commercial advice across complex transactions and regulatory matters. The role involves close collaboration with multi-jurisdictional colleagues and requires fluency in English and Mandarin.

Experience on Hong Kong IPO transactions (Hong Kong-side focus)
Strong knowledge of HK Listing Rules and compliance issues
Experience with public M&A is preferred
Excellent written communication and drafting skills; strong analytical and pragmatic approach
High professional standards and a client-first service orientation; proactive and initiative-taking
Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
LL.B degree required; LL.M or J.D preferred
Legal qualification to practise in China, Hong Kong, the US, UK, Australia or Singapore
