An opportunity has arisen for a corporate associate to join a leading global law firm's Greater China Corporate team, focusing on high-profile, cross-border capital markets work. The practice is recognized for advising clients on complex initial public offerings and listings, providing multijurisdictional advice and technical expertise on evolving regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will work on equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, listings, and public company M&A, collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm's global network. The role involves direct client contact and requires the ability to manage demanding, cross-border mandates in a fast-paced environment.

This is a permanent, full-time position open across multiple offices in Greater China.

At least three years of post-qualifying experience as a corporate Equity Capital Market lawyer
Previous experience in initial public offerings, listings, and public company M&A
Excellent academic record and strong communication skills
High level of attention to detail and excellent administrative skills
Fluency in English and Mandarin required (spoken and written)
