An opportunity has arisen for a corporate lawyer with equity capital markets experience to join a leading global firm's Greater China Corporate practice, based in Shanghai. The team advises on high-profile, cross-border initial public offerings, listings and public company M&A, providing multijurisdictional advice to clients on evolving regulatory requirements.

You will work at the forefront of regulatory and market practice, collaborating across offices and interacting regularly with regulatory bodies on complex public and private market transactions. The role offers the chance to contribute to demanding, internationally significant deals within an integrated global platform.

At least four years' experience as a corporate Equity Capital Markets lawyer
US-side experience essential
Previous experience in initial public offerings, listings and public company M&A
Excellent academic record, strong communication skills and high attention to detail
Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) required
Ability to deliver excellent client service, including strong administrative skills, prompt delivery and resilience in achieving challenging goals
