Senior Associate – Corporate (M&A and Private Equity)

The Role:

• Seeking a highly qualified senior associate with a minimum of 6 years' experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity.
• Based in either Hong Kong or Singapore.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years' PQE in M&A and/or private equity (transactional corporate work).
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
