A highly regarded international law firm is seeking a Singapore-qualified Corporate Associate to join its Singapore office. The role centres on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work for a sophisticated client base of private and public companies, entrepreneurs and families, and family offices.

You will advise on high-value and complex transactions across a variety of industry sectors, draft corporate documents, and conduct legal research. The team brings together corporate lawyers from diverse backgrounds, and you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Singapore office, other offices in the region, and other practice groups given the firm's multi-disciplinary approach.

The role is at times demanding and fast paced, so the successful candidate will be an efficient worker who can prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure.

Singapore qualified (essential)
At least 2 to 4 years PQE with experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail
Analytical and organised, with demonstrated initiative
Able to work both as part of a dynamic team and independently
Proficient in standard PC applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
