An established litigation team is seeking an experienced Counsel to manage complex drug, medical device, consumer product, and related product liability matters from inception through resolution. The role involves developing litigation strategy, drafting substantive work product, advocating for clients, and collaborating closely with partners, associates, experts, and clients.

The successful candidate will handle significant aspects of complex matters, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. The position requires analyzing scientific, medical, and technical evidence, managing expert witnesses and consultants, and communicating directly with clients on strategy, risks, and case developments.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of matters with minimal supervision while mentoring and delegating to associates and other legal professionals in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with applicable state bar(s)
8+ years of relevant experience in drug, medical device, consumer product, product liability, toxic tort, or related complex litigation
Experience with asbestos or talc litigation preferred
Strong deposition, motion practice, discovery, and case-management experience
Experience with federal and/or state court litigation; MDL experience a plus
Trial preparation and/or trial execution experience preferred; PA state court trial experience
Demonstrated ability to independently manage significant litigation responsibilities with sound strategic judgment
Strong client-management, communication, and legal writing skills
Aptitude for legal AI tools in document review, analysis, and eDiscovery
