Knowledge Management Attorney — Capital Markets, Philadelphia

Join a nationally recognized Capital Markets practice as a Knowledge Management (KM) attorney focused on training, substantive communications, knowledge resources and innovation. This role works closely with the Capital Markets KM lead and partners to design and execute a KM strategy that supports attorneys and enhances client offerings.

A central part of the role is translating Capital Markets subject-matter expertise into AI-enabled tools and workflows: prompt design, agentic workflows, and structured knowledge systems that scale partner-level judgment. The position combines substantive securities work with project management, training design, and cross-functional collaboration with innovation and business development teams.

• Active license to practice law in the United States
• At least 5 years of professional legal experience in securities law, capital markets transactions and corporate governance
• Strong working knowledge of the 1933 Act, the 1934 Act, Delaware corporate law and public company governance practices
• Familiarity with equity and debt offerings (IPOs, follow-ons, high-yield and investment grade) and public company disclosure
• Excellent drafting and oral communication skills; experience producing training materials, slide decks and form documents
• Genuine interest in AI and legal technology, with willingness to develop hands-on fluency in prompt design, AI workflow architecture and evaluation
• Strong project management, organization skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
