Apply in confidence →Top-tier global firm is seeking junior to mid-level associates to join a multidisciplinary Cybersecurity & Data Privacy group with close collaboration with an AI practice. The role involves counseling clients on privacy, AI and cybersecurity matters across prevention, preparedness, response and regulatory engagement.
Typical work will include incident preparedness and response, regulatory defense and investigations, building defensible privacy/AI/cyber programs under U.S. frameworks, diligence and M&A support, and drafting or negotiating privacy, data processing and cybersecurity-related policies and agreements.

- 2–6 years' experience in privacy, cybersecurity or related technology practice.
- Demonstrable experience with incident response, regulatory investigations, privacy program development, data processing agreements, or M&A diligence related to privacy/cyber.
- Familiarity with U.S. privacy and cybersecurity frameworks and statutes (e.g., CCPA, HIPAA, state privacy laws) and interest in AI-related legal issues.
- Strong academic record and prior law firm experience; federal government or law enforcement experience on privacy/cyber matters is a plus.
- Bar admission and proven drafting and client-facing skills.
