Well-established national practice seeks a mid-level associate to join its Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection team. The role involves advising on privacy compliance, drafting and implementing privacy policies, incident response and breach notification, and supporting regulatory investigations and related litigation.

This is an integrated practice with attorneys based in multiple U.S. offices; candidates who can work from New York, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, or San Diego will be considered. The team works on fast-paced matters for corporate clients across industries.

3-5 years' post-qualification experience at a large law firm with substantial privacy/cybersecurity work
Experience with privacy compliance counseling, incident response, breach notification, and regulatory investigations; litigation experience a plus
Strong legal research, analytical, drafting and presentation skills; ability to take responsibility on matters and work effectively in teams
Superior academic credentials
