A national law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection practice. The role involves advising clients on cybersecurity and privacy matters, including compliance counseling, privacy policy development and implementation, incident response, breach notification, regulatory investigations, and related litigation.

The team is integrated across multiple U.S. offices; candidates who can work from New York, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles or San Diego will be considered. The position requires the ability to take responsibility on fast-paced matters, work collaboratively on teams, and communicate complex legal issues clearly.

3-5 years of experience at a large law firm focusing on cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection matters
Experience with compliance counseling, privacy policy drafting, incident response and breach notification, regulatory investigations, and privacy-related litigation
Strong research, analytical, drafting and presentation skills; ability to manage responsibility on busy matters
Superior academic credentials preferred
