Our firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Data Privacy & Cybersecurity practice in Atlanta. This role focuses on sophisticated government investigations, enforcement actions, litigation, and regulatory counseling involving privacy, advertising, and marketing practices, as well as consumer financial services.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 3–6 years of relevant experience to work on complex, high-profile matters in a collaborative environment.

3–6 years of relevant litigation, investigations, or regulatory experience.
Experience defending or assisting with government investigations and enforcement actions, including matters involving the FTC, CFPB, state attorneys general, or other regulators.
Experience with privacy, advertising and marketing, consumer protection, or consumer financial services matters.
Experience counseling clients on state, federal, and international privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other emerging privacy regulations.
Experience responding to CIDs, subpoenas, and other regulatory inquiries, and conducting related internal investigations.
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
Georgia Bar admission or eligibility to promptly obtain admission. Government, judicial clerkship, or relevant in-house experience is a plus.
