Top-tier national law firm seeks a junior-to-mid-level litigation associate to join its San Francisco office on the Data Strategy, Security & Privacy team. The role offers hands-on experience defending and representing clients in privacy- and cybersecurity-related consumer class actions, mass arbitrations, and government enforcement matters.

Associates will work collaboratively across offices, handle all phases of litigation, and develop substantive knowledge of privacy and data-security laws while sharpening core litigation skills. The team handles both large, complex matters and smaller, fast-moving disputes.

2–4 years of litigation experience with strong civil procedure fundamentals
Admission to practice in California
Proven legal research and writing ability; experience drafting dispositive and procedural motions preferred
Familiarity with federal and state court practice in California, arbitration procedures (JAMS/AAA), written discovery, and preparation for mediations
