Leading law firm is seeking a Data Protection Lawyer to join its Madrid compliance & regulatory team. The role will focus on advising corporate and public-sector clients on privacy and data protection matters across national and cross-border matters.

Typical work will include GDPR compliance reviews, drafting and negotiating data-processing agreements, conducting DPIAs, advising on international data transfers, responding to supervisory authority inquiries, and supporting internal privacy programmes and training.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practise in Spain (or equivalent legal qualification).
Practical experience advising on GDPR and Spanish data-protection law.
Strong drafting and contract-negotiation skills (data-processing and data-sharing agreements).
Ability to handle regulatory interactions and perform DPIAs; commercial awareness and client-facing experience.
