Leading law firm in Madrid seeks a Senior IP/IT Lawyer to join its intellectual property and technology practice. The role will support a broad range of IP and technology matters, working across transactional, advisory and contentious workstreams.

The successful candidate will work as part of a specialist team on matters for domestic and international clients, collaborating with colleagues across offices and contributing to client service and business development activities.

Qualified lawyer in Spain (EN/ES bar qualification preferred).
Several years' post-qualification experience in IP and technology law, including transactional and/or contentious matters.
Strong drafting and advisory skills on licensing, software/IT contracts and IP protection strategies.
Commercial mindset, team-oriented and able to manage client relationships; proficiency in English and Spanish desirable.
