Apply in confidence →Top-tier US offices are seeking debt finance associates to join a national practice focused on energy and infrastructure. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and sits within a large, integrated Energy & Infrastructure practice.
Successful candidates will work on financing, acquisition and development matters across renewable and conventional power, oil & gas, and digital infrastructure. Day‑to‑day work includes drafting and negotiating financing documents and reviewing project/commercial agreements for domestic and cross‑border transactions.
This is a hands‑on transactional role for associates who want sustained exposure to complex project and acquisition finance work in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- 2–6 years of debt finance experience (project, acquisition or similar transactional finance).
- Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating financing documents (credit agreements, note purchase agreements, security documents, depositary arrangements, etc.).
- Experience with project/commercial documents for energy or infrastructure transactions; acquisition finance experience preferred.
- Strong drafting, transactional judgment, and collaborative team skills; admitted to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
