The role sits across multiple U.S. offices (including New York and Washington, D.C.) and focuses on complex project and acquisition financings in the energy, infrastructure and digital infrastructure sectors.
The team advises lenders, sponsors, private equity funds and other market participants on the financing, acquisition and development of projects across renewable power, conventional power, oil & gas, and telecom/data center infrastructure. The role offers exposure to cross-border and domestic debt transactions and to an integrated energy & infrastructure platform.

- 2–6 years of debt finance experience (PQE)
- Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating financing documents (credit agreements, depositary/note purchase agreements, security documents, etc.)
- Experience with project (commercial) documents and project finance transactions
- Background in acquisition finance, particularly in energy or infrastructure, is a strong advantage
