We are seeking a highly qualified attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our Debt Finance practice. The successful candidate will represent lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors in a variety of debt financing transactions.

Working knowledge of secured lending transactions and experience in closing transactions.
Familiarity with drafting documents and issues lists in connection with secured lending.
Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, acquisition financing (including commitment letters), and debt securities offerings (including high yield and convertible notes).
Strong general corporate law background.

Ideal candidates will have a JD or equivalent, with high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, significant training and development experience at a large law firm, and the ability to manage multiple diverse projects with strong attention to detail.

1–3 years of experience in debt financing transactions, representing lenders, borrowers, and/or private equity sponsors.
Working knowledge of secured lending transactions.
Experience in closing transactions.
Familiarity with drafting documents and issues lists.
Knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC, acquisition financing, and debt securities offerings preferred.
JD or equivalent from a nationally recognized law school.
Demonstrated high academic achievement and attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple diverse projects simultaneously.
