Join a global debt finance team advising on the full range of debt products, including leveraged finance, private credit, infrastructure finance, hybrid capital, fund finance, corporate lending and syndicated facilities. The group acts for banks, sponsors, funds, direct lenders and corporates on acquisition financings, refinancings, liability management and other complex financings, including cross‑border transactions.

This is a New York‑based associate role within an internationally focused finance practice. You will work on both lender‑ and borrower‑side matters, structuring and executing sophisticated transactions and providing pragmatic, commercially minded advice.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
Admission to the New York bar (or ability to waive into New York)
Preferred class years: 2017–2023
High academic achievement and strong analytical skills
Experience on sponsor‑side matters and/or leveraged finance and lending transactions
Prior experience at a peer law firm; team‑player with entrepreneurial drive
