Debt Finance Attorney (1st–3rd Year)

We are seeking a motivated Debt Finance Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join our Finance & Banking practice in New York. The role focuses on representing lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors in a range of debt financing transactions.

• Work on secured lending and acquisition financing transactions, including commitment letters.
• Draft and negotiate loan documents and issues lists.
• Support debt securities offerings, including high yield and convertible notes.
• Collaborate across multiple projects in a fast-paced, large-firm environment.

• JD or equivalent with strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
• 1–3 years of experience in debt finance, including secured lending and closing transactions.
• Familiarity with Article 9 of the UCC, acquisition financing, and debt securities offerings preferred.
• Demonstrated success in large-firm training and the ability to manage diverse projects with attention to detail.
