We are seeking a New York–based associate with 3–5 years' experience in derivatives and structured products to join a leading international finance team. The role focuses on trading documentation for complex OTC derivatives, structured financing and leverage arrangements, and related regulatory work.

Successful candidates will draft and negotiate trading and collateral documentation, advise on regulatory and transactional issues arising from derivatives trades, and work on cross-border matters with senior lawyers across practices. Admission to the New York Bar is required.

3–5 years' post-qualification experience in derivatives and structured products
Experience with trading documentation for complex OTC derivatives, structured financing and leverage arrangements
Knowledge of derivatives-related regulation and compliance issues
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment; admitted to the New York Bar
