Experienced employment-defense attorney sought for a Special Counsel role supporting an EEO/administrative-charges practice. The role focuses on handling charges before federal, state and local agencies, conducting investigations, assessing risk, advising clients and drafting persuasive position statements.

This position is offered with no billable-hour requirement, a flexible part-time schedule and the ability to work from home. Opportunities to convert to full-time may exist. The successful candidate must reside in a state where the hiring firm maintains a physical office.

Demonstrated experience handling administrative charges and investigations before federal, state and local agencies
Proven track record drafting position statements and persuasive written advocacy (large law firm or in-house experience preferred)
Writing sample required; a redacted position statement is strongly preferred
Comfortable working a flexible, part-time schedule with remote work capability and occasional in‑office coordination as required
